The Process
For over 30 years, Patricia Syrian, Owner of Maple Grove Designs, has followed a seven-step process that assures you will be satisfied with the result of your custom window and bedding treatments. First, a phone interview to discuss style, budget, color, hard or soft treatments, and timing. Next is an onsite consultation followed by a presentation. Fabrication then begins and when completed, a time is set for installation. A follow-up is the sixth step plus Patrica hopes you will share your awesome experience.
