What was the Revvcard? The Revvcard was a unique piece of hardware that was conceived by a company who consulted with rNetwork in their early stages. The Founders of rNetwork owns a payment technology software company that created the software which runs and manages the Revvcard.
The Revvcard was to be one product of many products in the Participation Marketplace. But it was an exciting piece of hardware and soon became the focus of many independent representatives who were pitching the rNetwork opportunity, including then President Richard Smith. Richard has since stepped down as the President of rNetwork and the company has shifted the focus from a single piece of hardware to the broader vision of the Participation Marketplace.
Is the Revvcard dead?
The short answer is, the name is dead as is any connection to rNetwork, but the concept is alive and well. Once the technology is ready and fully tested it may be offered as a flagship product of the Participation Marketplace®. But the entire purpose of the Revvcard and now the rNetwork Bank Card is to facilitate the “Saving” and “Earning” philosophy of rNetwork. The rNetwork Bank Card has the same significant business plan around it – that is to provide banking services to the masses, including the unbankable, and to earn money when people in your network swipe.
A New Type of Card
The rNetwork Boost card provides members of rNetwork with a significant advantage over traditional types of credit cards. We are building a complete ecosystem that will support not only traditional banking services, but many additional services that we will be announcing within the year.
