People watch for a while, and then head back into this consumer paradise. Visit Crystal Works or Adamm’s Stained Glass & American Craft Gallery. If you want to take in a movie, there are plenty of cinemas hovering around the area. All this is easily reached from any of the condos on Ocean Avenue.
Santa Monica Place
At the south end of the Third Street Promenade is Santa Monica Place. Renovated in 2010, this “mall” is sleek. It combines specialty shops with what is termed a “foodie heaven.” Wander through the three stories containing such retailers as Bloomingdale’s, Burberry, Coach, the Disney Store, Eton, Eva Varro and Nordstrom, to name a few. Make sure, you make your way up to the Rooftop food court. The view from this view is as magnificent as that form many of the city’s condos on Ocean Avenue.
